Job summary

Cogna is seeking a Deployment Director in London who will drive strategic client engagements and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value for enterprise customers. You will partner with executive leadership to translate client challenges into executable strategies and scalable deployments across multiple accounts.

You will manage Deployment Strategists and Analysts, guide pre-sales activities, and ensure a product-focused approach that delivers exponential client value, while occasionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• At least 10 years solving complex client problems using customizable software.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and enterprise accounts.
• Experience writing code and leveraging AI to manipulate data.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop client strategy with senior partners and exec leadership to drive new business.
• Lead complex enterprise accounts and ensure growth across pre- and post-sales stages.
• Ratify solutions by applying Cogna platform to customer problems with a product-focused lens.
• Build strong internal relationships across Exec, GTM and engineering.
• Shape the deployment team and oversee scalable capabilities while staying hands-on when needed.
