The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in solutioning and advisory roles within enterprise cloud technologies and a strong background in using Salesforce products, particularly in AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle.
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for building trust-based relationships.
