Job summary

Aerospike seeks a Senior Account Executive based in London to lead enterprise sales across UK and EMEA. You will expand existing relationships and secure new logo business, engaging Development, IT, and operations teams in large enterprises.

We value a self-starter who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record selling databases or data platforms. Travel across the region is common in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience.
• Sell data at enterprise scale across UK and Europe.
• Existing credibility with Engineering, IT, Development, and business leaders in UK/Europe.
• Strong knowledge of databases, distributed systems, and modern data architectures.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC, Customer Centric Selling, or similar methodologies.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Hunt to exceed target by building focused territory and account plans.
• Sell outcomes and business impact, not just technology.
• Build a broad network across buying committees and executives.
• Partner with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and partners to open doors.
• Shape strategic opportunities and close multi-year deals.
• Navigate European procurement, legal, and security reviews (GDPR, data residency, DORA).
• Execute with discipline: qualify, forecast, and own next steps.
• Act as trusted advisor and multiplier for the sales team.
