Aerospike EMEA is scaling rapidly and seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio across UK & EMEA, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will engage with lead architects, engineering heads, and C-levels, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to translate Aerospike’s real-time data platform into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise software or data platforms.
• Experience selling to UK/EMEA audiences.
• Comfort selling to architects and C-level executives.
• Ability to manage multi-country deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic UK/EMEA accounts across the UK & EMEA, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with lead architects, engineering heads, and C-level executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Marketing.
• Translate Aerospike’s architecture into business value and ROI.
• Navigate multi-country procurement processes and regional data architectures.
• Maintain Salesforce-based pipeline, accurate forecasting, and lifecycle management.
