Job summary

In2 Saas Recruitment's client, a fast-growing Cyber Security vendor, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for mid-market and enterprise accounts in the UK & Ireland.

You will target CISOs and CTOs, drive multi-month cycles, and build structured territory plans with BDMs and Solutions Engineers. A competitive 50/50 uncapped commission, equity, and strong benefits accompany a hybrid Central London role with £90k-£110k base plus OTE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct SaaS enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling Cyber Security software.
• Consistent track record of overachieving annual quotas ($1M+ ARR target).
• Deep understanding of enterprise security frameworks, compliance, and procurement cycles.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Target, prospect, and close new enterprise business within the UK & Ireland region.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months) with multiple C-suite stakeholders.
• Build and execute structured territory plans with BDMs and Solutions Engineers.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene with 3x–4x pipeline coverage relative to annual quota.
• Lead negotiations through procurement and legal processes.
