Job summary

HUMAN is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Customer Success team and manage end-to-end client integrations across our Advertising and Cybersecurity products. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering and Detection to deploy, configure and troubleshoot services for clients.

You’ll develop technical docs, understand client infrastructure, and translate feature requests into product improvements while safeguarding data privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or TAM in Media/Advertising.
• Foundational knowledge of RTB lifecycle, IVT terminology, VAST.
• Knowledge of viewability and brand-safety for AdTech.
• Familiar with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json.
• Programming/scripting: HTML, JavaScript, Java, Go, C++, Python, Shell, Node.js.
• Ability to query Snowflake to validate integrations and troubleshoot IVT.
• Familiar with Chrome DevTools, Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, APIs.
• Experience with AWS/GCP, and with JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Operates as the primary technical contact for client integrations.
• Coordinate development, upgrades, migrations, and issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering and Detection teams.
• Create internal and external technical documentation for self-serve support.
• Present and explain product functionality to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and track progress to completion.
• Understand client infrastructure and map them to HUMAN products.
• Feed client feature requests back to Product and Services.
