Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. You will design success plans, drive onboarding and adoption, and collaborate with Sales and Technical Delivery to maximize renewal and expansion opportunities for strategic customers in the UK.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success or related roles in cybersecurity or SaaS.
Experience communicating complex security concepts to executives (CISOs, CIOs).
Proven ability to drive renewal, expansion, and adoption with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Design and manage strategic success plans for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Onboard, enable, and monitor health metrics to ensure renewals and expansions.
Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Sales to address customer needs and feedback.
Lead customer training sessions and present value through data-driven storytelling.
Maintain accurate account records and drive ongoing customer development activities.
