Job summary

ConnexAI in Manchester is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge AI capabilities with business outcomes. You will lead discovery sessions, design AI-enabled customer communication solutions, and work with sales, product, engineering and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

The role involves responding to RFIs/RFPs, scoping integrations and data flows, and translating complex AI features into tangible business benefits for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across enterprise clients.
• Experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or enterprise technology environments.
• Comfortable running discovery workshops, demos, and technical presentations.
• Understanding of modern AI systems and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients and partners.
• Design AI customer communication solutions across voice, chat and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and delivery teams through pre-sales lifecycle.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical architecture questionnaires.
• Scope integrations, data flows and deployment requirements.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
• Support validation, proof-of-concepts and solution architecture discussions.
• Build trusted relationships across technical, operations and leadership teams.
