Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an Amazon Connect Specialist Solutions Architect to drive AI-enabled contact center adoption. You will lead technical discovery, assess data readiness, and design agentic AI solutions across enterprise ecosystems.

You will build serverless integrations (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), enable Agent-to-Agent collaboration, and validate deployments before going live, working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, cloud computing, or related fields.
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to understand business requirements and existing contact center architecture.
• Conduct data readiness assessments to evaluate data assets and identify gaps for AI readiness.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including AI agent creation and guardrail configuration.
• Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns enabling multi-agent workflows.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions to connect AI agents with data systems.
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud data systems powering AI agents.
• Leverage MCP servers and IDEs to accelerate development and integration work.
• Guide customers through testing and validation of AI agent performance before production.
• Document implementation patterns and share learnings with the team.
