Job summary

Cloudsmith, Belfast-based, seeks an Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end enterprise onboarding journey from kickoff to BAU. You’ll coordinate with customer and internal teams, define architecture, manage deliverables, and drive deployments on time and in scope.

You’ll build trust with stakeholders, optimise deployment processes, and ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform. This hands-on role requires strong project management, cloud and DevOps familiarity, and a willingness

• Proven experience onboarding enterprise customers.
• Strong project management for large deployments.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and rollout process for new enterprise customers.
• Define and document technical architecture tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate project management activities across customer and internal teams.
• Lead stakeholder communication across enterprise customer teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks and deliverables to ensure smooth rollout.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as technical advisor.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to address customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues with minimal downtime.
