Job summary

Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, seeks a Professional Services onboarding specialist in London. You will manage a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to adoption and renewal while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role requires 3–5 years in delivery, strong PM skills, and a knack for automating tasks and enabling customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of delivery experience in onboarding/implementation.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS onboarding role.
• Strong project management with deadlines and follow-up.
• Tech-savvy with ability to automate tasks using online tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and potential to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively onboard and guide new customers to maximise value.
• Demos, presentations, workshops, meetings and training for onboarding.
• Manage multiple implementation projects end-to-end.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships quickly.
• Plan and lead customer onboarding onto Blink platform.
• Increase customer satisfaction, adoption and engagement.
• Identify customer needs and promote Blink features.
• Create self-help resources (articles, videos, demos).
• Automate onboarding processes using latest tools.
• Deliver webinars and create reusable collateral.
• Track customer satisfaction and improve service continuously.
