Job summary
Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks an Enterprise Applications Analyst II in Manchester to support design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software platforms for attorneys and staff, including document generation, business development, and client billing.
The role requires providing end-user support, training, and collaboration with the Technology & Information Services team. Hybrid work with in-office presence is possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in software support and user training for IT platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise software installations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Proposing enhancements and new software solutions for professionals and staff.
- Troubleshooting software problems related to firmwide technology projects.
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software for all users.
- Producing training materials and delivering training to regional trainers and end-users.
- Providing end-user technical support as needed.
- Supporting administration and optimization of HR / recruitment software.
