Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking a Legal Solutions Analyst to join the IT team on a permanent basis, based from Bristol or London. The role blends business analysis with applications analysis, focusing on improving legal services delivery through technology.

You will work within the Lawyer Productivity team to elicit requirements, design process and technical solutions, and explore market tech options to enhance legal productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft suite, including Power Apps.
• Good understanding of Legal Tech tools (BigHand Outline, Litera, Nuance).
• Good understanding of Document Management Systems (iManage Work).
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and design viable solutions.
• Able to translate loosely defined requirements into actionable terms for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and elicit business requirements from legal and productivity teams.
• Design processes and technical solutions using existing tools or new technologies.
• Advise IT partners on emerging technologies that benefit legal teams.
• Work across IT and business units to deliver improvements to productivity, docs, and matter management.
