Job summary

Larbey Evans Ltd is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Liverpool IT department. You will be the first point of contact for all IT queries, providing face-to-face and remote support to lawyers and business services staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers incident resolution, device provisioning, asset management, and collaboration with third-party suppliers, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote).

Qualifications

• First point of contact for IT support across the firm (face-to-face, remote).
• Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and document management systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and documentation in the ITSM system.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for maintenance and updates.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support across the firm.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests; escalate as needed.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech.
• Support Windows, M365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and document management systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain asset and incident records in the IT service management system.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for maintenance and system updates.
• Uphold IT security and data protection policies while supporting projects.
