Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a skilled business analyst to join the IT business analysis team in a hybrid, flexible role supporting lawyers and clients across the network. You will run analysis on several projects, set scope, gather requirements and help realise benefits from initiatives.

The role involves running workshops, mapping processes and supporting user testing, with a focus on clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and agile transformation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business analyst, ideally in legal, IT or professional services.
• Strong grasp of BA methods and techniques.
• Able to explain technical points to non-technical people.
• Agile or large transformation experience would help.
