Job summary

Humaans is building the next generation of HRIS platforms with AI-enabled workflows. As a Product Implementation Specialist, you’ll own the customer journey from signed contract to successful launch across our HRIS and Athena platforms, migrating complex data and configuring the system around each organisation.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver accurate, scalable implementations and continually improve processes with AI.

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning SaaS implementation or onboarding projects involving complex data.
• Track record delivering projects on time and within scope with multiple workstreams.
• Attention to detail in data migration, validation and product configuration.
• Experience using AI to improve implementation work with measurable impact.
• Comfort with integrations, APIs and webhooks and explaining requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and quick learning.
• Clear communication and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to adapt processes and improve them through hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from scoping to launch across HRIS and Athena.
• Lead data migrations for global organizations using AI-assisted tooling.
• Configure platform around customer structure, workflows, policies.
• Advise customers on implementation best practices and transformation goals.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance and Operations stakeholders.
• Guide integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success.
• Improve implementation approach with AI-enabled workflows and playbooks.
