Job summary

Humaans is building the next generation of workplace infrastructure and is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to own the customer journey from contract signing to successful launch across HRIS and Athena.

You will migrate complex data, configure the platform to match each organisation, and deploy AI agents that deliver value from day one. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve how work gets done.

Qualifications

• Experience owning SaaS implementations for enterprise or global customers.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Attention to detail in data migration, validation and product configuration.
• Experience using AI to improve implementation work, with clear examples.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and webhooks; able to explain technical requirements.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from initial scoping through to launch across HRIS and Athena.
• Lead complex data migrations for global organisations using AI-assisted tooling.
• Configure Humaans around customer structure, workflows and policies.
• Act as a trusted adviser, guiding customers through implementation best practices.
• Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and Operations; resolve blockers.
• Guide customers through integrations, APIs and webhooks; ensure smooth handover to CS.
• Improve implementation approach with AI-enabled workflows and playbooks.
