Job summary

WhyHireWrong? is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Greater London to bridge an AI operations platform with live enterprise systems. You will act as a solutions architect and engineer, delivering AI-powered integrations and measurable business outcomes within customer environments.

You will lead technical discovery with executives, map workflows, and translate requirements into production-grade integrations and agent workflows using Python or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• External, commercial experience with named enterprise customers and economic buyers.
• Hands-on with Python or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers, including C-level stakeholders.
• Understand customer workflows, systems, data sources, and challenges.
• Scope projects, define success criteria, translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and build integrations between the AI platform and customer systems using Python/JS, APIs, JSON.
