Job summary

MBN Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing AI product company to hire engineers for its London team. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to turn complex requirements into working AI agents, taking ownership from scoping through build, launch and ongoing improvement.

The work is hands-on: writing Python, building API integrations, configuring agent behaviour, testing guardrails and making deployments reliable at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering track record at a respected product company or strong technical academics.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex enterprise requirements into working AI agents from scoping to launch and ongoing improvement.

MBN Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing AI product company to hire engineers for its London team.

You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to turn complex requirements into working AI agents, taking ownership from initial scoping through build, launch and ongoing improvement.

The work is hands‑on: writing Python, building API integrations, configuring agent behaviour, testing guardrails and making deployments reliable at scale. You’ll also feed customer insights back into engineering and product.

We’re looking for people who bring:

• Strong Python skills and experience delivering technical solutions into production.
• Confidence working with APIs, integrations and complex software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, implementation or another hands‑on, customer‑facing technical role.
• A strong engineering track record at a respected product company or an excellent technical academic background.

Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, evaluation frameworks or automation workflows would be valuable.

You’ll join a well‑funded business with ownership of meaningful customer deployments and close collaboration across engineering, product and commercial teams.

You’ll suit this role if you enjoy solving technical problems, building with customers and taking responsibility for getting solutions live.

You’ll need to be based in London and able to work in the office five days a week. The interview process includes live Python coding and a take‑home case study.
