Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in London to design and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will work hybrid, building enterprise-grade solutions using top AI platforms and integrating with various enterprise services.

Required hands-on software engineering with Python/TypeScript/Java and strong experience in LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration. You will own delivery from discovery to production and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript or Java.
• Experience developing applications using large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with agent ecosystems and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google and Microsoft, plus LangGraph.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Implement retrieval pipelines, automation workflows and agent orchestration.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, automated testing, monitoring and safeguards.
• Troubleshoot AI model, integration, deployment and performance issues.
• Own technical delivery from discovery to production deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability, security, maintainability and scalability.
