Industrial and Financial Systems is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Greater London. You will work with clients to deliver custom AI solutions, driving everything from prototyping to launch. With 2-5 years in software or ML deployment and proficiency in Python and AI frameworks, you will integrate systems and troubleshoot deployments. The position offers a salary range of £111,015 to £125,817 annually plus benefits like flexible time off, a 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment role.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with building LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with enterprise customers to scope and implement AI Agent use cases.
• Integrate IFS Loops platform with customer systems.
• Tune agent behavior and logic to deliver measurable outcomes.
