Job summary

Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era. As an Engagement Manager, you’ll lead the AI search program for 25–35 enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes with the Profound platform.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs, conduct strategic business reviews, and drive value aligned with commercial goals across marketing and AI search.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with enterprise customers to drive strategic outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Ability to own processes end to end and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding to outcomes with the Profound platform.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop deep understanding of customer objectives with key stakeholders.
• Become an expert in AI search and large language models.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure value delivery aligns with goals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation.
