Job summary

Prevalent AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead ABM campaigns and the operational engine of our go-to-market motion. You will own automation, sequencing, and signal-based workflows, targeting CISOs and technology leaders across EMEA, NA, and APAC from a UK base.

You will design pay‑to‑play and organic programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales to drive pipeline, while bringing AI-powered efficiency to research, content, and campaign operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in demand generation and/or ABM in B2B enterprise, SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with modern marketing automation, lifecycle automation and reporting.
• Experience with paid digital—social/search/programmatic—and ABM programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, launch and optimise account-based campaigns for tiered target lists.
• Own marketing automation workflows, segmentation, sequencing and MQAs.
• Run new logo prospecting and outreach sequencing using intent signals.
• Plan and optimise paid and organic digital and social campaigns (LinkedIn focus).
• Own funnel reporting from engagement to pipeline created and compare to benchmarks.
• Leverage AI tools to extend campaign output and velocity; support tool evaluations.
• Partner with sales, support events calendar and create campaign assets.
