Job summary

Global 4 Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Horsham, UK. You will onboard and grow acquired clients, cross-sell IT and telecom services, and manage a dynamic portfolio with a focus on renewals and excellent client service.

The role offers hybrid work options, with uncapped commission potential exceeding £93,000 per year. You will work across Cloud Telephony, IT Managed Services, Mobiles, Utilities and Security to deliver end-to-end solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
• Experience managing and retaining Enterprise accounts, with cross-selling.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly & quarterly targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, grow and develop acquired clients through strategic account plans.
• Cross-sell additional services and new platforms via multi-service proposals.
• Support clients to evolve their tech from Cloud Telephony to IT Managed Services, Mobiles and Utilities.
• Manage accounts like your own business and retain customers by building strong relationships.
• Act as a point of contact with support teams for client queries.
• Update CRM with customer and service information to identify future opportunities.
• Track opportunities and develop the sales pipeline.
