The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

The company is an established and well-respected security services business operating mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, a task currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

This role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business, with 25% focus on new client acquisition. It offers an exciting opportunity to join during a period of strategic growth.

Experience required...

• Proven experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions or consultancy services.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (including Entra ID and Entra ID Governance).
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity management.
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects.

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise clients (approximately 75% of the role).
• Ability to secure new business opportunities (expected to be 25% of the role).
• Experience working within an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment.
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, and Defender XDR.
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise clients and new prospects.
