The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

An established and well-respected security services business operating in various sectors, including large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role aims to manage the organization’s key enterprise customers, traditionally handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

With a focus on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role will involve managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development. It presents an exciting opportunity to join during a strategic growth phase.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to secure new customer logos (expected to be 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
