Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions / consultancy services.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance).
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services, e.g., AD, FIM, MIM.

Responsibilities

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role).
• Ability to win new logo customer business (expected to be 25% of the role).
• Managing the organization's key enterprise customers.

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire this Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

An established and well-respected security services business working in various sectors, both direct and through a significant channel reputation. They operate mainly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage the organization's key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of this growth investment.

With a blend of enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role will involve managing existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development. It offers an exciting time to join as the investor-backed organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions / consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• An understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services, e.g., AD, FIM, MIM, relevant for transformation

Background...
