The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

They are an established and well-respected security services business operating mainly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role aims to manage key enterprise customers, a task currently handled by senior leaders, as part of their growth investment.

This position involves managing existing enterprise accounts and 25% new business development, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem products and services. It presents an exciting opportunity during a strategic growth phase.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management of enterprise customers (approximately 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (expected to be 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Understanding of the wider Microsoft Security stack, including Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
