The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

This established and well-respected security services business operates mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, a task currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

With a focus on enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role involves managing existing enterprise customer accounts and developing new business (about 25%). It is a great opportunity to join during a growth phase driven by strategic investment.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions and consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially for transformation projects

Background...

• Account management experience with enterprise customers (about 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (about 25% of the role)
• Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Knowledge of the wider Microsoft Security stack—Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Ability to discuss complex security solutions with existing and new enterprise customers
