The Customer...

We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor-backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.

They are an established and well-respected security services business operating in various sectors, mainly in large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, with a Microsoft-first vendor strategy. This new role is to manage key enterprise customers, a responsibility currently handled by senior leaders as part of their growth investment.

The role involves a mix of enterprise services and products centered around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, split between managing existing enterprise accounts and developing new business (approximately 25%). This is an exciting time to join as the organization executes its growth strategy.

Experience required...

• Experience selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions or consultancy services
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
• Understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions, including centralized Identity
• Experience with large-scale hybrid Identity services such as AD, FIM, MIM, especially relevant for transformation projects

Background...

• Account Management of enterprise customers (around 75% of the role)
• Ability to acquire new customers (expected to be 25%)
• Experience working in an SI, enterprise consultancy, or Microsoft Managed Security Partner environment
• Knowledge of the broader Microsoft Security stack - Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
• Experience discussing complex security solutions with existing enterprise customers and new prospects
