Job summary

CV Screen Ltd. is recruiting a Technical Support Advisor for a premium British manufacturer of decorative interior products. Based at the Manchester head office, the role offers a salary up to £30,000 and is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving problems and helping customers.

You will provide first-class support on tinting equipment, with full training on products and systems from day one, and join a friendly engineering and customer service team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical customer support, ideally within Engineering.
• Customer service experience within engineering or a prestige product environment.
• Basic IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and ticket-based support for tinting machine issues, from mechanical breakdowns to software faults.
• Pick up calls promptly and resolve queries within agreed service levels, prioritising full breakdowns.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards in every interaction.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to meet shared goals.
• Support wider projects and tasks as needed.
