Nationwide Platforms in Leicestershire is seeking an Engineering Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our Cosby depot. You will be part of a small technical team handling calls from internal and external customers, providing first-line advisory and guidance to use our machines.

The role emphasizes problem solving under pressure, clear communication, and solid IT skills (MS Excel/Outlook). Based from Cosby, Monday–Friday 8am–5.30pm, with a competitive salary and benefits such as 25 days holiday

Qualificações

• Demonstrable mechanical engineering knowledge (motor/fleet/automotive/powered access).
• Problem solving skills and ability to find solutions under pressure.
• Credible oral and written communicator with an empathetic customer-service approach.
• Competent IT skills – MS Excel and Outlook; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-response advisory to customers and colleagues on machine queries.
• Resolve problems and guide customers to effective solutions over the phone.
• Support internal teams with technical information and assistance as needed.
