Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for a busy food manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. You’ll take ownership of maintenance performance, guide engineers on the floor and ensure problems are solved properly rather than patched up.

You’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, coach engineers, lead fault finding, uphold health and safety standards and drive continuous improvement across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Electrical or multi-skilled bias qualification.
• Supervisory or management experience in FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of CMMS and safe maintenance practices.
• Experience in continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret circuit diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Coach and develop engineers on the floor.
• Lead fault finding and root-cause analysis across electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain health, safety, GMP, animal welfare, environmental compliance and contractor activity.
• Use CMMS to manage maintenance activity and recordkeeping.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and KPIs across the operation.
