Job summary

Pioneer Selection is sourcing an Engineering Team Leader for a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire. You will lead a team of maintenance engineers, while also hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance to maximise machine availability.

Responsibilities include delivering planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.
• Ability to work a double days rotating shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance engineers while remaining hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and maximise machine availability.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all engineering activities.
