You will lead a multi-disciplined team responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production lines, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

Formación

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced factory.
• Team Leadership / Supervisory experience
• Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off days and nights shift pattern.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team for electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Drive improvements to reduce downtime and support production performance across the site.
