Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive approach to talent mapping and building long-term candidate pipelines.
• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related discipline is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Source specialist and leadership talent through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and other proactive sourcing methods.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, telephone interviews, competency-based interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.
• Produce recruitment reports and provide regular updates using recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
