Job summary

onlyFE in Blackburn is seeking a Skills Development Coach to guide Engineering Apprentices from onboarding through End Point Assessment, delivering coaching, assessment and tailored support to help learners succeed while fostering strong employer relationships in the region.

This role requires a Level 2 Literacy/Numeracy/ICT and a Level 3 Engineering qualification, plus strong communication and organisational skills to deliver an exceptional apprenticeship experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Qualification in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT is required.
• Level 3 Engineering Qualification in a relevant subject area is required.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Engineering Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Provide expert guidance, coaching, assessment and support to help apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.
• Build strong relationships with employers across the region to support delivery.
• Mentor and motivate learners to achieve their best throughout the apprenticeship experience.

About The Role

As a Skills Development Coach, you will manage a caseload of Engineering Apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment (EPA).

You will provide expert guidance, coaching, assessment and support, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed in their careers while building strong relationships with employers across the region.

You Will Need To Have
