Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Service Planner (Engineering / Coordination) to coordinate daily and forward planning for service engineers, installations, and downtime. The role centers on being the communications hub between customers, engineers and internal teams in a busy, office-based setting.

You will manage scheduling, handle customer requirements, and ensure the right engineer is in the right place at the right time, with opportunities to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordination, customer service or administration.
• Experience in a service role within the engineering sector.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and forward planning of Service Engineers.
• Plan installation works, machine downtime and customer requirements.
• Create work orders and allocate engineers to customer sites.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers requiring engineering support.
• Process timesheets and overtime.
• Maintain accurate records across the CMMS system.
