Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Customer Service Planner in Lincolnshire to coordinate service engineers, installations and customer requirements from our office. You'll work with the Service Team Leader and Operations to keep daily and forward planning running smoothly, allocate engineers to sites and respond to scheduling issues with a hands-on coordination approach.

The role is office-based in Blankney with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus a KPI-related bonus and generous

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordination, customer service or administration.
• Experience in a service role within the engineering sector.
• Full UK driving licence.

Are you an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator, Planner or Engineering professional looking for a varied office-based role where you can take ownership of customer requirements, engineer schedules and service delivery?

Join a specialist machinery business where you'll be the central link between customers, Service Engineers and internal teams, coordinating installations, machine downtime and service requirements while ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time.

Working closely with the Service Team Leader and Operations team, you'll manage daily and forward planning, respond to customer requirements and solve scheduling issues as they arise. You'll have real responsibility for keeping a busy service operation running efficiently.

This role would suit a Service Coordinator or Engineering Administrator looking for a hands-on coordination role within a technical environment.
