Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Service Planner (Engineering / Coordination) to coordinate daily and forward planning for service engineers, installations, and downtime. The role centers on being the communications hub between customers, engineers and internal teams in a busy, office-based setting.

You will manage scheduling, handle customer requirements, and ensure the right engineer is in the right place at the right time, with opportunities to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordination, customer service or administration.
• Experience in a service role within the engineering sector.
• Full UK driving licence.

Blankney, Lincolnshire

Are you an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator, Planner or Engineering professional looking for a varied office-based role where you can take ownership of customer requirements, engineer schedules and service delivery?

Join a specialist machinery business where you'll be the central link between customers, Service Engineers and internal teams, coordinating installations, machine downtime and service requirements while ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time.

Working closely with the Service Team Leader and Operations team, you'll manage daily and forward planning, respond to customer requirements and solve scheduling issues as they arise. You'll have real responsibility for keeping a busy service operation running efficiently.

This role would suit a Service Coordinator or Engineering Administrator looking for a hands-on coordination role within a technical environment.

The Role:
