Qualifications

• Foundational engineering knowledge required.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical or mechanical role.
• C&G/NVQ Apprenticeship or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule engineering work to maximise productivity
• Assess and prioritise customer requests, allocating resources
• Monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and updates
• Open/close work orders and support billing accuracy
• Lead, coach, and support a team of engineers (4-8)
• Maintain strong customer communication and service standards
• Develop knowledge of gas & diesel engine products
• Understand warranty and commissioning processes
