You’ll plan and allocate resources, manage work progress, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard. Using your background in plant, agricultural, or HGV engineering, you’ll act as the technical link between engineers and the control team—interpreting issues defining required works, and ensuring jobs are scoped, prioritised, and completed to a high standard. You’ll also mentor engineers, monitor performance, and ensure service processes are followed.
