You will work with the Service Manager to manage performance, onboarding, PPMs, and daily operations, maintaining high standards and strong end-user engagement.

A proactive, organised professional with excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential, including travel across client sites and contractor

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery management across multiple client sites.
• Strong understanding of operational compliance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering service delivery across designated client base with focus on performance and continuity.
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching, PDRs, and ongoing performance management for engineering teams.
• Manage PPMS, remedial and reactive works, and quoted tasks with client schedulers.
