Job summary

Linaker is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead service delivery across a portfolio of clients in the UK. You will coordinate engineering teams, audits, and PPM schedules while ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service delivery management across client bases.
• Solid understanding of operational compliance and contractual requirements.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and PPM scheduling.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with response, compliance, and scheduling teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling data/ dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering service delivery across designated client base.
• Provide leadership and coaching for engineering teams.
• Coordinate PPM, remedial, reactive, and quoted works with timelines.
• Monitor WIP and manage aged tasks to minimise backlog.
• Identify risks and promote continuous improvement.
• Assist in out-of-hours work and escalation resolution.
• Engage with contractors to deliver works and review RAMS.
• Oversee small works and project delivery within quality/cost targets.
• Maintain documentation and logbooks for compliance.
• Support quotation development with contractors and commercial teams.
• Attend client meetings and deliver monthly reports.
