Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Schedule engineers calendars based on availability and required skill-sets for each project.
• Monitor open jobs, communicate with customers and engineers to mitigate risks and delays.
• Coordinate service delivery to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards, and adapt to changes as needed.
