Job summary

CW Recruitment is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments. You will ensure work is scheduled effectively, resources allocated appropriately, and projects delivered on time and within budget.

You will manage engineers' calendars, react quickly to changes, and proactively monitor open jobs, maintaining clear communication with customers and engineers to mitigate risks and delays.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration and customer care skills.
• Experience coordinating schedules and calendars.
• Ability to respond professionally to changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Schedule and co-ordinate Service Engineers according to project requirements and deadlines.
• Proactively monitor open jobs and communicate with customers and engineers to mitigate risk and delays.
• Utilise technical drawings/CAD knowledge where applicable to support projects.
