Job summary

Tata Steel UK is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead key development projects at Shotton, guiding a team of engineers and coordinating across site stakeholders.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive cost control and timely delivery. A strong engineering background and PRINCE2 experience are valuable for success.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree and ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Willingness to work through all project lifecycle stages from concept to commissioning.
• Strong budgeting, risk assessment and change control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead major engineering projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate Project Engineers, Design Engineers and contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, specifications and governance structures; manage costs and supplier interfaces.
