Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in Brentwood is seeking a proactive Planner / Scheduler to join their established team. This office-based role focuses on planning engineers' workloads, coordinating appointments and ensuring engineers have the information needed to complete their work.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers 40 hours per week, £18.50 per hour, with a route to permanent employment after a successful temporary period. Strong organisation, communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or administration.
• Experience in social housing is preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineers' workloads.
• Coordinate appointments and allocate jobs.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams.
• Manage changes and rearrange appointments as needed.
• Monitor outstanding and ongoing work.
• Update internal systems and maintain records.
• Ensure engineers have required information to complete work.
• Provide general administrative support.
