Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead engineering operations across facilities management contracts. You will manage a team of Engineering Technicians and Mobile Engineers, ensuring high technical standards, safety compliance, and strong client satisfaction.

You will oversee PPM planning, asset management, and performance reporting while coordinating with central engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimise service delivery and drive

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely certification or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• Proven experience as Technical Services Manager or similar leadership role within facilities management.
• Strong leadership and development of technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of building services engineering (mechanical/electrical).
• Experience managing multiple contracts and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team performance and development, driving customer excellence across contracts.
• Conduct health & safety audits and site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Review and optimise PPM schedules for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management and asset registers.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and QBR packs to clients.
• Manage contract variations, renewals, and client escalations.
• Oversee budget control, procurement, and cost optimisation.
