Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Engineering (Multi-Skilled) Supervisor to oversee central and west London's Major Account sites. You will manage building services, perform PPMs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires experience with electrical systems, BMS, HVAC, and fire safety, plus the ability to lead a technicians team and maintain high standards of service on site.

Qualifications

• Approved apprenticeship or equivalent Building Services experience.
• Formal qualifications in electrical engineering.
• End user experience with Building Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems efficiently and issue site permits as needed.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks; address defects.
• Ensure accurate system updates and regulatory compliance.
